Insured: Russ Parker
On Christmas morning 2008, an electrical fire broke out inside the interior walls. Russ called the fire department immediately, but also notified his insurance agent. The fire department was able to put the fire out before the house was a total loss, but there was significant damage done. Greg headed to Russ’ house immediately to inspect the damage and provide assistance to Russ’ family to ensure that their holiday was not spoiled. Russ’ response to the whole situation, “When something happens and you receive this excellent service- it“s definitely worth the money spent to have a good agent & company.”

Insured: Lowell & Doreen Bolinger
The Bolinger’s were headed on a camping trip when their RV got a flat tire. They were stuck along Interstate 80 with no idea who the nearest towing service was and no phonebook to even look up information. They called their insurance agent’s office, except everyone was gone out for a company lunch (great timing, right?)- well, the phone automatically forwarded to Greg’s cell phone and they got to talk to agent, Erin, who immediately connected them with the nearest available towing service in that area. They got their tire fixed and were on their way again shortly. Doreen said “it was like a TV commercial. Everything went perfect and smoothly to get our situation fixed.”
